At Flashstore.pk, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, accurately, and on time across Pakistan. Please read our delivery policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, Faisalabad, Multan, and all major cities and towns.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
2. Delivery Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Estimated delivery times:
- Karachi: 1–2 business days
- Major Cities (Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar): 2–4 business days
- Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–5 business days
Note: Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges & Free Shipping
- Orders below Rs. 5,000: Standard shipping charges apply (displayed at checkout)
- Orders above Rs. 5,000: FREE Shipping ✅
- All Prepaid Orders: FREE Delivery ✅
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan. You may open and inspect your parcel before making payment to the courier.
5. Courier Partners
We ship via trusted courier services including TCS, Trax, and PostEx to ensure safe and timely delivery.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS. You can use this number to track your order on the courier's website or app.

7. Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address, contact number, and name are correct at checkout. Flashstore.pk will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
8. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful, the courier will contact you to arrange re-delivery or pickup.
9. Parcel Inspection
You have the right to inspect your parcel before payment. If you notice any damage or discrepancy, please refuse the parcel and contact us immediately on WhatsApp: 0323-1249913
